Role and Responsibilities

  • Meeting regular sales targets for the quarter/year.
  • Strategize sales effortsfor the given territories
  • Drive business through key accounts, Sr. Sales Executives, Sales Executives, dealers and distributors.
  • Assign key accounts to dealers/distributors.
  • Ensure approvals for the required territory is available to ease direct sales and distributor sales. 
  • Educate customers about Megawin products with necessary tools.
  • Continuous rapprot and relationship to be established with designated utilitiesunder key accounts.
  • Provide desired results for tender monitor activity as required by Regional Manager/ Deputy General Manager.
  • Responsible for performance, activity, CRM data and other required data of Sr. Sales Executive and Sales Executive.
  • At least one marketing activity to be performed within a quarter.
  • Participate in all pipeline meeting with the required information prior to the meeting.
  • Consent for order loss from regional manager prior to losing the order.
  • Involve in mandatory annual appraisal.
  • Interview prospects.
  • Region mapping and define strategy for the region. 
  • Search new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Travel to visit potential clients
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Negotiating contract terms
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Managing key accounts
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Coordinating sales projects
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts from Headquarters
  • Solving client problems

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  •  5 years of experience in medium voltage switchgear, distribution transformers or cables
  • Effective communication skills (English and regional language)
